Cynthia Weinberger, OT/L, CHT

 Cindy Weinberger is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) with 34 years of healthcare experience. She is the President and Clinical Director of MTG.


Cindy attended Boston University, Sargent College of Health Professions, where she earned her Occupational Therapy degree in 1989.

Cindy earned her specialization as a Board Certified Hand Therapist in 2010, following a passion for upper extremity treatment.


 She has treated patients in hospitals, clinics, home, assisted living facilities and on-line. She is the past owner of HandHealth, a private therapy clinic she founded when living in New Hampshire.  She is knowledgeable regarding infectious diseases with her 34 years of healthcare experience. 


Cindy specializes in the treatment of the upper extremity, from shoulder to fingertip. She started Mobile Therapy Group in order to provide high quality, one-on-one healthcare to help people in their recovery.


When not busy with patients, Cindy enjoys spending time with her husband and adult children, her dog Teddy, nature, jogging, tennis and reading.

Donna Hasbrouck, MS, OTR/L, CHT

Donna Hasbrouck is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist (CHT).  She is a Florida native, born and raised in West Palm Beach.  SHe is the primary CHT in the West Palm Beach location.

Donna graduated from the University of Florida in 1992 with a Bachelors degree in Psychology.  She then went on to obtain a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from Florida International University and graduated in 1997.  

Donna has worked in acute and subacute inpatient, home health and outpatient settings.  She specializes in treatment of the upper extremity in various areas including arthritic conditions, autoimmune diseases, conservative and postoperative orthopedic and neurological conditions, complex hand injuries and complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS).  She is skilled in manual therapy and custom static and dynamic orthoses fabrication.

When not in the clinic, Donna enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, doing whatever makes them (and herself) happy.

Laura Drumm, MS, OTR/L, CHT

 Laura Drumm is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist with 20 years of experience. 


Laura holds a Bachelor's  Degree in Health Science, and a Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy  from  Towson University.  Laura has been a Certified Hand Therapist since 2011 and became a Certified Lymphedema Specialist in 2002.


Laura has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She is experienced in treating complex injuries involving the upper extremity including but not limited to:  complex fracture management, tendonitis, wound care, edema management, sports related injuries, neurovascular repairs, amputations, neurological conditions, and management of postoperative edema. 


When not seeing patients, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, running, working out and volunteering in her community. 

Michelle (Shelly) Turk, OTR/L

Michelle Turk is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist. She grew up in Annapolis, MD and obtained a Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Towson University.


 Michelle has experience in a wide range of healthcare settings from outpatient, home health, and skilled nursing facility, as well as day programs for young adults with developmental disabilities. Her experience has provided her with the opportunities to treat clients with varying neurological and orthopedic diagnoses. Michelle is certified in LSVT Big Parkinson's treatment approach and continues to seek opportunities to continue to grow professionally in order to best serve her clients needs. 


Michelle recently relocated to South Florida from Charleston, SC. When not seeing clients, she enjoys exploring all that Florida has to offer, including the beautiful parks and beaches.

Tami Seltman, OT/CHT

 

Tami Seltman is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) with 37 years of experience treating patients with various diagnoses. 

 

Tami is a native Floridian  and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Florida International University.  She became a Board Certified Hand Therapist in 1993.  Her talent has been in treating patients in outpatient hospital settings ,  private hand therapy clinic and in the home.  


Tami specializes in the care of the upper extremity with focus on improving function and independence in daily living. She utilizes her knowledge in orthotic fabrication, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and kinesiotaping  which enhances her hands on approach with patients. 


When not seeing patients, Tami enjoys spending time with her family, entertaining friends in her home, spending time with her fur baby Kaito, traveling, helping others and making people laugh!

Meagan Del Valle MS, OTR/L

Meagan Del Valle is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist. She grew up here in South Florida and graduated from Barry University in Miami, FL with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy.


Since obtaining her license, Meagan has treated clients within a broad range of healthcare settings from home health, pediatrics/autism, outpatient rehabilitation, and her true passion – hand therapy, focusing on the upper extremities and helping clients to regain function and independence in their daily lives. 


When not seeing clients, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and hanging out at the beach with her husband and their two dogs.

Maria Maso, OTR/L, CHT

 

Maria Maso attended Florida International University for both her undergraduate and her Masters of Occupational Therapy degrees, graduating in 2016. 

She obtained her first job working with hands and the upper extremity in San Francisco in 2017. Maria worked in two different hand clinics in California, where she became skilled in manual therapy, treatment of the upper limb, and custom static and dynamic orthoses fabrication.


 Maria moved to Miami in 2020, where she pursued and obtained her Certification in Hand Therapy. She is enjoying her role as a CHT for Mobile Therapy Group, in the Coral Springs office.


Maria enjoys outdoor activities, such as hiking and kayaking, as well as playing tennis and hanging out with friends. 

She visits her family in Brazil every year and spends most of her time reading and hanging out with her Australian Shepherd.


Chad Carmines, PT, DPT

 

Dr. Chad Carmines is a Physical Therapist who has enjoyed working in Palm Beach County his entire career. Originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, Chad grew up surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains and a strong sense of community—an environment that helped shape his values and passion for helping others.


He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Emory & Henry College School of Health Sciences in 2022 and earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from James Madison University in 2017.

Chad completed a clinical rotation in Delray Beach in 2022 and knew immediately that Palm Beach County—with its active lifestyle and beautiful weather—was the right place to begin his professional journey. Since then, he has been committed to helping individuals of all ages move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their physical abilities.


With a special interest in the vestibular and somatosensory systems, Chad has pursued advanced training in treating conditions such as vertigo, dizziness, unsteadiness, and disequilibrium. His expertise in this area has helped many patients regain their sense of balance and return to the activities they love.


Chad’s background as a multi-sport athlete sparked a lifelong passion for understanding and optimizing human performance. That same curiosity continues to drive his clinical work today. In his free time, he enjoys playing pickleball, soccer, basketball, tennis, and golf. He also remains an avid student of the human body, fascinated by its complexity and the interconnected systems that shape how we move and feel.


Chad believes that physical therapy is more than just rehabilitation—it’s an opportunity to reconnect people with their bodies, restore independence, and enhance quality of life at any age.


Adrianna Castro, PT, DPT

Dr. Adrianna Castro was born and raised in South Florida. 

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion at Florida Atlantic University. 

Adrianna then attended Florida International University, where she attained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2023. 


Adrianna has a wide range of experience in orthopedics, neurological conditions, sports rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, and strength/conditioning programs. 


With a strong desire to help others improve their quality of life, she is committed to applying her knowledge and skills to assist patients in over coming physical challenges and achieving their goals. 


During her leisure time, Adrianna enjoys cycling, indulging in literature, and cherishes moments spent with her family and french bulldog!

Adrianna is continuously seeking opportunities for professional growth and development to better serve her patients.

Steven Bass, RPT

Steven M. Bass joins Mobile Therapy Group with over 30 years of experience as a PT. He graduated from University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa in 1987 and his post-graduate degree in Sports Medicine/Science from the University of Cape Town in 1989. Steven emigrated to the US in 1991 and has been working as a manual based Physical Therapist in a variety of settings since that time. This includes country clubs, home health and hospitals.


His experience includes rehabilitation of sports injuries, post-operative and non-operative conditions including the shoulder, back, neck and lower extremities. Steven has a holistic treatment approach with high level manual, hands-on skills when working with his patients. Steven is certified in LSVT Big approach to Parkinson’s treatment and is certified in trigger point myofascial release dry needling which has just recently been approved in PT scope of practice by Florida legislature. 


When not seeing patients, Steven enjoys time with his wife and 3 daughters, biking, running and trying to keep a fit and healthy lifestyle in the beautiful Florida outdoors. 

Ian Jones PT, DPT

 

Dr. Ian Jones is a licensed Doctor of Physical therapy with 4 years of experience. 

Ian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Fitness Studies from Florida International University and earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of Miami in 2021. 

Ian was born and raised in Northeast Miami and currently resides in Downtown Hollywood where he enjoys relaxing by the beach with his wife & friends and rollerblading down the boardwalk as the sun sets. 


Inspired by the Florida Panthers as a child, Ian started playing ice hockey at 8 years old after two seasons of roller hockey, and hasn’t stopped since. He currently plays in the Panthers Adult Hockey League in Fort Lauderdale. 

After suffering multiple severe injuries on the ice due to his hypermobility and joint instability, he began to understand the importance of physical rehabilitation and maintaining a healthy, strong and stable body in order to avoid further injury. 


This led him to finding his passion and pursuing a career in Physical Therapy. 

Ian is experienced in rehabilitating his patients from sports injuries, joint replacements, osteoarthritis, back pain and much more. He worked his first two years as a Physical Therapist in Assisted Living and Memory Care where his knowledge, patience and listening skills helped his patients age successfully and improve their independence and quality of life. 

For over two years, Ian has been providing in-home physical therapy in Southeast Broward County with a combination of evidence-based skills and genuine passion. He remains committed to fostering a positive environment that helps his patients enhance their quality of life.


Christopher Quaas, PT, DPT

Dr. Christopher Quaas joins Mobile Therapy Group with over 4 years of experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Christopher graduated from University of South Florida in 2018. Originally from New Jersey, he moved to Florida to pursue his passion of becoming a physical therapist. 

He has management experience specifically in outpatient physical therapy settings, specifically leading and managing staff. 


He has experience in treating orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, and neurologic caseloads including but not limited to post operative, TBI, Parkinson's, and post stoke patients.

Dr. Quaas is passionate about leading his patients on a road to recovery and effectively administering therapy to achieve the desired goals!


In his spare time he enjoys working out, learning about the stock market, and playing golf and beach volleyball.

Grace Reyes, PT, DPT



 Dr. Grace Reyes is a Doctor of Physical Therapy born and raised on Florida’s Space Coast, where rocket launches were a part of everyday life. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, graduating in May 2020. With over five years of clinical experience, Grace specializes in neurological and orthopedic root-cause physical therapy—an approach that looks at the entire body from head to toe to create highly individualized treatment plans.


Grace is passionate about helping people of all ages move better, feel stronger, and live more balanced lives. While she enjoys working with a wide range of patients, she has a particular heart for individuals with hypermobility syndrome and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to their unique needs.


Outside the clinic, Grace feels most grounded in nature. She loves hiking, spending time outdoors, and going on long walks with her husband and their beloved Goldendoodle.

Dialys Lopez Luis, PTA

Dialys Lopez Luis is a Physical Therapist Assistant licensed in the state of Florida since 2015. She has a wide range of exposure and experience treating orthopedic (surgical/conservative), neurological conditions, strength/conditioning, and balance/gait deficits.


Dialys has been making a positive impact on patient’s lives whether working in an outpatient facility or in a homehealth care setting under general supervision of a Physical Therapist.


Dialys brings her genuine empathy by giving patients her full attention. She's curious about their lives and interests, fostering a strong bond with each patient. Dialys passionately educates, treats, and promotes the patient’s ability to heal and achieve their goals.


Dialys is an enthusiastic gardener who enjoys being in contact with nature, learning and enjoying the mystery of plants. Dialys and her husband fulfill their hearts cooking and baking nutrient-dense 

foods from scratch.

Dustin Richardson, LMT

Dustin is a licensed massage therapist specializing in recovery and corrective bodywork, assisted stretching, and deep tissue therapy. His work focuses on reducing pain, restoring movement, and supporting healthy muscle function so clients can remain active and independent in their daily lives.


With nearly two decades of experience in dance prior to becoming a massage therapist, Dustin developed a strong foundation in muscle function and body mechanics. This background enables him to identify areas of tension and restriction and apply targeted techniques that improve mobility, function, and overall comfort.


Dustin is passionate about helping adults move well at every stage of life. Whether a client’s goal is to maintain independence, return to activity, or perform at a high level, his approach is attentive, professional, and results-driven. His mission is to help each client feel balanced, capable, and confident in their body.

Christine Chiarenza, CPT

Christine Chiarenza is a seasoned functional training professional with over 15 years of experience helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. As a Certified Personal Trainer, she specializes in designing customized fitness programs tailored to each client’s unique needs, abilities, and objectives, focusing on improving strength, mobility, and overall functional performance. Her background as a group fitness instructor allows her to create engaging and motivating sessions that foster both measurable results and a strong sense of community.


Christine is also a certified holistic health counselor who takes a comprehensive approach to wellness by integrating fitness, nutritional guidance, stress management, and lifestyle coaching into her programs. She provides personalized 45 to 60 minute training sessions, offering flexible options by traveling directly to clients with necessary equipment or utilizing local community gyms. Her supportive and empathetic approach empowers clients to build sustainable habits, improve overall well-being, and achieve lasting lifestyle changes.
