Cindy Weinberger is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) with 31 years of healthcare experience. She is the owner and Clinical Director of MTG.
Cindy attended Boston University, Sargent College of Health Professions, where she earned her Occupational Therapy degree in 1989.
Cindy earned her specialization as a Board Certified Hand Therapist in 2010, following a passion for upper extremity treatment.
She has treated patients in hospitals, clinics, home, assisted living facilities and on-line. She is the past owner of HandHealth, a private therapy clinic she founded when living in New Hampshire. She is knowledgeable regarding infectious diseases with her 31 years of healthcare experience.
Cindy specializes in the treatment of the upper extremity, from shoulder to fingertip. She started Mobile Therapy Group in order to provide high quality, one-on-one healthcare to help people in their recovery.
When not busy with patients, Cindy enjoys spending time with her husband and children, nature, jogging, tennis and reading.
Donna Hasbrouck is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). She is a Florida native, born and raised in West Palm Beach. SHe is the primary CHT in the West Palm Beach location.
Donna graduated from the University of Florida in 1992 with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. She then went on to obtain a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from Florida International University and graduated in 1997.
Donna has worked in acute and subacute inpatient, home health and outpatient settings. She specializes in treatment of the upper extremity in various areas including arthritic conditions, autoimmune diseases, conservative and postoperative orthopedic and neurological conditions, complex hand injuries and complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS). She is skilled in manual therapy and custom static and dynamic orthoses fabrication.
When not in the clinic, Donna enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, doing whatever makes them (and herself) happy.
Dr. Nicole Calderón is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist. She grew up in New York and obtained her Bachelor of Health Science from Bellevue University. Dr. Calderon attended graduate school at The University of St. Augustine in Miami, Florida, where she earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
Nicole has experience in different healthcare settings ranging from home health, outpatient pediatrics, and general outpatient receiving well-rounded experience with varying neurological and orthopedic diagnoses. Her current experience working with Mobile Therapy Group has awarded her opportunities to complete skilled intervention within the clients’ homes which maximize positive outcomes.
Dr. Calderon completed her doctoral research in collaboration with the Spinal Cord Injury Support Group of South Florida to develop a website to monitor clients' use of assistive technology post-discharge to decrease the prevalence of clients abandoning assistive devices. The project was presented at the Florida Occupational Therapy Association Conference and American Occupational Therapy Association Conference and Expo.
Dr. Calderon is experienced in the treatment of diagnoses including but not limited to, carpal tunnel syndrome, shoulder injuries, fractures, cumulative disorders (tennis elbow & golfers’ elbow), Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Autism, and Parkinson’s as well as other neurological diagnoses. Nicole is passionate about using a holistic therapeutic approach to encourage and help clients improve their independence with daily activities.
When not seeing clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, exploring different parks, and fostering kittens.
Laura Drumm is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist with 20 years of experience.
Laura holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, and a Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Towson University. Laura has been a Certified Hand Therapist since 2011 and became a Certified Lymphedema Specialist in 2002.
Laura has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She is experienced in treating complex injuries involving the upper extremity including but not limited to: complex fracture management, tendonitis, wound care, edema management, sports related injuries, neurovascular repairs, amputations, neurological conditions, and management of postoperative edema.
When not seeing patients, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, running, working out and volunteering in her community.
Tami Seltman is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) with 37 years of experience treating patients with various diagnoses.
Tami is a native Floridian and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Florida International University. She became a Board Certified Hand Therapist in 1993. Her talent has been in treating patients in outpatient hospital settings , private hand therapy clinic and in the home.
Tami specializes in the care of the upper extremity with focus on improving function and independence in daily living. She utilizes her knowledge in orthotic fabrication, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and kinesiotaping which enhances her hands on approach with patients.
When not seeing patients, Tami enjoys spending time with her family, entertaining friends in her home, spending time with her fur baby Kaito, traveling, helping others and making people laugh!
Victoria Dos Santos is an Occupational Therapist registered and licensed in the state of Florida. She grew up in Iowa and went to the University of Missouri to obtain her undergraduate degree in Health Science with an Emphasis in Rehabilitation Sciences while swimming as a collegiate athlete. And then continued there for her Master of Occupational Therapy. Go Tigers!
Victoria has a range of experiences varying in acute level 1 trauma adult and pediatrics, orthopedic and spine institute, inpatient neuro rehabilitation, skilled nursing facility and outpatient pediatrics.
Victoria has partnered with Palm Beach Fire Department to present fall prevention courses for assisted living and independent living communities in West Palm Beach. She has also led research for children with Autism in S.W.I.M. (Swimming with Water Instruction Modification) where she combines her love for OT and water. She loves the different facets of OT and always looking to add more tools to her OT tool belt.
Victoria moved to Florida with her husband to escape the cold and enjoy more time outside in the warm sun. They enjoy paddleboarding, snorkeling, traveling, and playing with their rescue dog, Lu.
Ashley Dallal attended Barry University and graduated Occupational Therapy school in 2001 and became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2008. She trained at Jackson Memorial Hospital and has worked in the following settings: acute care, medical and surgical settings, spinal cord injury, TBI-neuro, and in patient rehabilitation setting. She is skilled in manual therapy and custom static and dynamic orthoses fabrication
Ashley enjoys traveling with family and friends, She has two daughters and enjoy spending time with her family traveling and attending their sporting events. When she is not traveling or working then you can probably find her on the tennis courts. She started playing tennis about 6 years ago and fell in love with the sport.
Noah Elkin is an Occupational Therapist and Hand Therapist. He is a Florida native, born and raised in Coral Springs. He is the primary hand therapist in the Coral Springs location inside the Cleveland Clinic building.
Noah graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's degree in sports and exercise science. He went on to obtain a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Columbia University in New York City. Following his Masters program Noah took a 3 month hand therapy fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City where he gained a tremendous amount of knowledge, preparing him for his Certification in Hand Therapy.
Noah specializes in the rehabilitation of the upper extremity with focus on post-operative orthopedic surgical patients as well as those with complex hand and wrist injuries. Noah will be taking his certification for CHT in April of 2024.
When not in the clinic Noah is an avid sports player, involved in weekly lacrosse and ice hockey leagues.
Meagan Del Valle is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist. She grew up here in South Florida and graduated from Barry University in Miami, FL with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy.
Since obtaining her license, Meagan has treated clients within a broad range of healthcare settings from home health, pediatrics/autism, outpatient rehabilitation, and her true passion – hand therapy, focusing on the upper extremities and helping clients to regain function and independence in their daily lives.
When not seeing clients, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and hanging out at the beach with her husband and their two dogs.
Kathy Hugins is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist with 47 years of experience as an OT. She has lived in Broward County since 1966, briefly in Hillsborough County from 1976 - 78; Kathy graduated from The Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA, with a degree in Occupational Therapy in 1976 and attained her Certification in Hand Therapy in 1996.
Kathy has treated patients from Neonates to Geriatrics, in medical and psychiatric hospitals as inpatients and outpatients, in their homes, in a Long Term Rehabilitation Unit, in Long Term Care Facilities, and the Broward County School System. She started the OT dept at University Community Hospital in Tampa in 1977 and then at Broward North Medical Center in Pompano in 1979. In 1993, she moved to Coral Springs and managed the OT dept until she retired in 2020. She joins us to share her experience with patients in the Coral Springs area.
Kathy is proficient in treating neurological and orthopedic conditions and is passionate about issues of the Upper Extremity.
She has a love of fabricating orthotics as well as providing hands-on treatments and creative exercise and activity programs.
Kathy is married with two adult children and two teenage grandchildren. She enjoys visiting Chicago. She enjoys exercising and is trained in the Muscle Activation Technique, traveling, and playing golf.
Sedrina Brown is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist. She grew up in New York before relocating with her family to Florida. She obtained her Bachelor’s of science from the University of Florida and her Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine.
Sedrina has worked in serval settings including inpatient, outpatient, and home health care, with the majority of her experience in outpatient hand therapy.
Her experience and passion in upper extremity rehab includes treatment of post-operative and conservative orthopedic conditions, neurological injuries, and orthosis fabrication.
Sedrina will be sitting for her CHT (Certified Hand Therapist) certification in April 2024!
When not seeing patients Sedrina enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and cooking new recipes.
Steven M. Bass joins Mobile Therapy Group with over 30 years of experience as a PT. He graduated from University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa in 1987 and his post-graduate degree in Sports Medicine/Science from the University of Cape Town in 1989. Steven emigrated to the US in 1991 and has been working as a manual based Physical Therapist in a variety of settings since that time. This includes country clubs, home health and hospitals.
His experience includes rehabilitation of sports injuries, post-operative and non-operative conditions including the shoulder, back, neck and lower extremities. Steven has a holistic treatment approach with high level manual, hands-on skills when working with his patients. Steven is certified in LSVT Big approach to Parkinson’s treatment and is certified in trigger point myofascial release dry needling which has just recently been approved in PT scope of practice by Florida legislature.
When not seeing patients, Steven enjoys time with his wife and 3 daughters, biking, running and trying to keep a fit and healthy lifestyle in the beautiful Florida outdoors.
Dr. Christopher Quaas joins Mobile Therapy Group with over 4 years of experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Christopher graduated from University of South Florida in 2018. Originally from New Jersey, he moved to Florida to pursue his passion of becoming a physical therapist. He has management experience specifically in outpatient physical therapy settings, specifically leading and managing staff.
He has experience in treating orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, and neurologic caseloads including but not limited to post operative, TBI, Parkinson's, and post stoke patients. Christopher is passionate about leading his patients on a road to recovery and effectively administering therapy to achieve the desired goals!
In his spare time he enjoys working out, learning about the stock market, and playing golf and beach volleyball.
Naomi Jeffrey joins Mobile Therapy Group with over 35 years of experience as a practicing physical therapist. Originally a Jersey girl, she relocated to Florida 5 years ago.
Naomi began her career in orthopedics, and general acute care however she fell in love with geriatrics and home safety, balance, post joint replacement and dementia care with the goal of making all her patients to become as safe and independent in their home as possible, and working with family members and caregivers alongside the patient.
When not working, Naomi loves to spend time with family and friends, play tennis, read, take photos, and make beaded jewelry.
Dr. Ryan Le was born in San Jose, California but grew up in the West Palm Beach area. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology and then received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Florida. He has more than 3 years of experience in physical therapy and has primarily been working in outpatient and home health settings since graduating.
Ryan specializes in treating geriatric, neurologic, and orthopedic conditions that include balance/gait impairments, Parkinson’s disease, and post-operative conditions (i.e. knee/shoulder/hip replacements). He believes strongly in the patient-therapist relationship, enjoys seeing his patients achieving their goals and improving, as well as assisting his patients achieve their maximum potential.
In his free time, Ryan likes playing basketball, working out, and traveling around the country.
Dr. Renee Dupre was born and raised in New Mexico and just recently relocated to south Florida this spring. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at the University of New Mexico in 2018 and continued on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2021.
Renee previously worked as a full-time PT at a large 450-bed hospital in Albuquerque, NM. There she gained experience working with various conditions including orthopedic injuries and post-surgery, post-CVA, vestibular dysfunctions, COVID and long-COVID conditions, among many others. She has a special interest in neurologic and orthopedic conditions. Renee is extremely passionate about providing quality care to her patients.
In her spare time she enjoys going to the beach, spending time with loved ones, and learning to cook diverse cuisine.
Dr. Rhyan Scearce grew up in Virginia and recently relocated to south Florida. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Averett University in 2016. She played softball while obtaining her undergraduate degree. From there Rhyan worked as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer while completing her Master’s of Science in Exercise Science from Liberty University in 2018. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mary Baldwin University in 2021.
Since then, Rhyan has spent time in numerous settings working with a variety of conditions including orthopedic injuries both non-operative and post-operative. Neurological conditions such as Parkinson's, MS, post-CVA, Spinal Cord Injury and vestibular dysfunctions. Rhyan’s passion is for orthopedics.
Outside the clinic Rhyan enjoys playing with her dog, taking pilates classes, spending time at the beach, traveling, and trying out new restaurants.
