Why Use Mobile Therapy?
- One-on-one high quality care in the convenience of your home. The therapist will bring any needed equipment for your session. No need to miss work, fight traffic or unnecessarily expose yourself to the Covid-19 during these difficult times. Let us come to you.
- We also provide teletherapy as an option to anyone in the state of Florida. You can elect to have in-home or on-line visits or a combination of both. We are Medicare providers and you do not need to be "homebound" to qualify for our care.
- All visits are 45-60 mins of uninterrupted time with a registered therapist. No aides, no techs, only highly skilled, compassionate Occupational and Physical Therapists.

- Learn exactly what to do to manage your injury; telehealth puts YOU in control of your therapy. We will teach you what you need to know!

- Medicare is covering telehealth services through 2024
We provide custom splinting!
Our hand therapists come to your home with all the necessary equipment to make s splint, specially molded with thermoplastic material and velcro. Within 30-45 minutes, your splint will be measured, molded and fit to YOU, in your home!
Do you take insurance?
- For in-home therapy visits, in-clinic visits and telehealth services, we accept Medicare B and will bill them on your behalf. You do not need to be homebound to qualify for this out-patient home based therapy.
- For non-Medicare patients, services are provided out of network. You will be provided upon request with a superbill appropriate to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement as an out-of-network benefit. You may also use your HSA (health savings account) to pay for therapy visits.
- We are able to bill many insurances for out of network benefits on your behalf.
What are the fees?
- Medicare: In most cases, cost is $0 for you between Medicare and a secondary insurance. We are in network for Medicare.
- MTG can bill out of network for many insurances and we can check your insurance for you. Click below to reach out.
- For those paying self pay rates:
- $240 for initial evaluation including treatment planning, goal setting and initial home exercise program for you to work on your goals in between sessions.
- $180 for each follow up session.
- $1,400 for package of 8 sessions ($175 each)
