"I've been dealing with a stubborn case of De Quervain's tenosynovitis for over three years now and, after multiple cortisone shots, the next stop was surgery. Luckily, I found Cindy via an article in the Post. I was a little skeptical about PT over video but it's been great. Cindy is a true pro and, through her clear instruction, I'm able to stretch and strengthen my thumb/wrist with her and later on my own.
